Every project, its status, and who is on it, on one screen.

The projects dashboard is where the work is tracked rather than remembered. Set a status, tag it the way you think, find it again with search and filters, and on Expert see everything the team has open.

From a pile of projects to a list you can work

Track where each project stands, organize it your way, and keep the record intact when it is finished.

01

Set a status on your own projects

Every project carries a status, so the state of the work lives on the project instead of in someone's head. Members set status on their own projects, and on Expert an admin can set status on any team project.

Organize with labels and categories

Personal labels are private tags you apply and filter by, available on Professional. Categories are the team standard on Expert: admins and owners create and manage them, members apply them, so the whole team files work the same way.

Search, filter, and close out

Search, sort, and filter to find a project again. When work is done, admins archive rather than delete. Deleting stays with the project owner on every tier, so no one removes another person's work.

Managing projects, answered

Personal labels are private to you and filterable, and come with Professional. Categories are the team standard on Expert: admins and owners create and manage them, and members apply them.

No. Admins archive projects. Deleting stays with the project owner on every tier.

On Expert, yes. The team-wide projects view shows team projects. On lower tiers, members work their own projects.

Nothing is destroyed. Categories go read-only, share links deactivate, and the team-wide view turns off. Re-upgrading restores them.

No. Only AI Automated Plotting uses credits. Managing projects does not.

Get the work onto one screen.

Statuses and search come with the free plan. Labels arrive on Professional, categories and the team-wide view on Expert.
