API access is arranged with sales rather than self-service, for enterprise customers and for product partners embedding plotting in software of their own. Usage, environments, and support are agreed up front.

How credits work
Only AI Automated Plotting uses credits. The standard rate is $2.00 per AI processed document. Manual plotting, PDF export, and DXF export are free. Exports do not use credits.
Available with a Professional or higher subscription, Pay-as-you-go follows the standard $2.00 rate plus a $1.00 premium, billed at the end of the month for the plots you ran.
Monthly credit pool subscriptions come with a 10% discount to the standard rate, and unused pool credits roll over, capped at 3 months.
Manual plotting, PDF export, and DXF export are always available on all tiers. Shapefile, KML, and GeoJSON export are on paid plans. Exports never consume credits.

How is billing measured?
One input document is one call. It does not matter how many tracts or plots that document carries. Exports and reads never consume credits.
How do the tiers apply?
Tiering is calculated across the whole calendar month. When your monthly usage crosses a tier boundary, the lower per-call rate applies to every call in that month.
Are there education or government discounts?
Yes, 25% for eligible education and government customers. API access is arranged through sales, so eligibility and the rate are confirmed as part of that conversation.
What happens above 25,000 calls?
Usage above the top published tier is handled through sales, so pricing fits the shape of your month. Talk to sales to set it up.
Do exports cost anything?
No. Exports never consume credits through the API. Only AI Automated Plotting calls do.
