Only AI Automated Plotting uses credits. The rate card is $2.00 per AI plot and never moves. Manual plotting, PDF export, and DXF export are free.
Exports do not appear here. Exports never consume credits.
No subscription required. Pay-as-you-go is the $2.00 rate card plus a $1.00 premium, billed at the end of the month for the plots you ran.

What stays free?
Manual plotting is free forever, which is why we call it the best free metes and bounds plotter. Bearings, distances, curves, PLSS calls, closure and precision readouts, and PDF and DXF export cost nothing and need no card. Shapefile, KML, and GeoJSON export are on paid plans.
How do the 10 free plots work?
The trial is 10 free AI plots, unlocked by adding a card. No charge is made now. The trial is granted once per user and once per payment method, and the credits are pooled for your team. Subscribing is an explicit opt-in.
What does a plan cost per month?
Free is $0. Professional is $29.99 per seat each month, and Expert is $49.99 per seat each month. Self-service plans bill monthly. Enterprise is sales-led, with monthly or annual terms.
How much is an AI plot?
The rate card is $2.00 per AI plot and it never moves. A monthly credit pool brings it down to $1.80 per plot, and unused pool credits roll over, capped at 3 months. Pay-as-you-go is $3.00 per plot, billed at the end of the month. The pool is always the better deal. Only AI Automated Plotting uses credits.
Are there education or government discounts?
Yes, 50% for eligible education and government users. Government is self-serve with .gov domain verification. Education is a manual review of a .edu address.
What does Expert add over Professional?
Expert pools 25 plots multiplied by your seat count each month instead of 15, and adds the team-wide projects view, shared categories, shared project links, custom PDF title blocks and logos, and reports and admin billing.
How do teams and credits work?
