BoundaryLogic Trace uses external artificial intelligence services to assist with document processing tasks, including text extraction and analysis of uploaded legal descriptions.
Who processes your documents
Two AI providers are used: OpenAI and Google. Both process document content only to perform the extraction or analysis the application requests.
Training
Customer content is not used to train BoundaryLogic models or third-party AI models. Under each provider’s API terms, prompt inputs and outputs are not used to train the provider’s models, and are not stored longer than necessary to produce the output and meet the provider’s abuse monitoring obligations.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. That does not change because a document passes through an AI service.
Scope of use
Use of these services is limited to the processing required to operate the platform.
