The BoundaryLogic Trace platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure using a cloud-native, Platform-as-a-Service architecture. Compute, storage, database and networking are managed cloud services.
Location
All personal information we process is transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. Some service providers may process limited data in other jurisdictions, and those are identified on the sub-processors page.
Platform architecture
The platform runs entirely on Platform-as-a-Service infrastructure. There is no direct server access and no manual server administration.
Network protection
Network security controls, firewall controls and infrastructure isolation are provided through Microsoft Azure platform security services.
Payment data
BoundaryLogic does not store credit card information or payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
