Asymmetric easement

An asymmetric easement is a centerline easement whose width differs on each side of the described line relative to its direction of travel, such as twenty five feet on the left and ten feet on the right, and one side can be zero, leaving the full width on a single side. Descriptions state the split alongside the centerline calls, and the plot applies each side’s width as written.
