Availability: All plans

Moving to a lower plan, or letting a subscription end, freezes features rather than deleting work. Your projects, your plots, and your documents stay where they are. What changes is what you can do with them, and one thing switches off for people outside your team as well.

Nothing is deleted

A downgrade does not remove projects, legal descriptions, layers, image overlays, labels or categories. They stay visible and keep working as filters. What a lower plan takes away is the ability to create, edit and assign, not the record itself.

Frozen controls stay on screen but cannot be used, and name the plan that unfreezes them, so you can always see what you had and what it would take to get it back.

Dropping below Expert deactivates every share link the team holds, at once. This is not a display change: the revocation is written down rather than worked out on the fly, so returning to Expert does not bring the old addresses back. You create a new link on each project, and each new link has a new address.

Anyone holding an old link gets the inactive card. That includes clients and counterparties who may have filed the link in an email thread months ago, so a planned downgrade is worth a note to whoever you sent links to. When a share link stops working covers what they see.

What comes back on re-upgrading

Everything that was frozen unfreezes. Labels and categories become editable and assignable again. Team wide project access starts applying again instead of raising an upsell. A team logo you uploaded on Expert is still there and becomes changeable again.

Share links are the one thing that does not come back. Old addresses stay dead by design, and you reissue.

Credits at the end of a period

Unused plan credits expire when a canceled subscription reaches its end date. An unused prepaid pool rolls over for up to 3 months. Credits and AI plots covers the pool.

Manual plotting and exports are never limited by plan and never suspend, so a team on any plan, including Free, can keep plotting by hand and getting files out.
