Availability: Expert and Enterprise · Role: owner or admin

An exported plot sheet carries a logo in the footer of every page. On Expert and Enterprise you decide whether it prints at all, and a team that has uploaded its own logo gets that mark instead of the BoundaryLogic Trace combomark. The title block fields are set per export in Print View; Export a PDF plat covers those.

Before you start

  • Your team is on Expert or Enterprise. Below that the logo prints and cannot be changed.
  • To print your own mark, upload the team logo first. That is an owner or admin job on the Team page, not in the export workspace: Organization profile and logo covers the upload.

Steps

  1. In the project menu, click Print View.
  2. In PDF Export Settings, find BoundaryLogic Trace Logo. On Expert and Enterprise the checkbox is live and checked.
  3. Leave it checked to print a footer logo. Your team’s uploaded logo prints if you have one, and the BoundaryLogic Trace combomark prints if you do not.
  4. Clear it to print no footer logo. The cell stays in place, so the page numbers remain centred.
  5. Click EXPORT AS PDF and check the footer of the downloaded file.

Where the logo prints

The footer runs a light rule and then three columns: the logo on the left at 100 points wide, the page numbers in the centre, and the copyright on the right. The logo repeats on every page. Nothing else on the sheet changes with this setting, and there is no way to place a logo anywhere else on the page.

What below Expert sees

On Free and Professional the same checkbox appears, checked and disabled, with the note “Upgrade to Expert to control the BoundaryLogic Trace logo on your PDF exports.” underneath. The limit holds in two more places, so it is not worth working around:

  • Trace checks the plan again before it builds the file. A request to hide the logo from below Expert still prints the logo.
  • A logo saved while the team was on Expert is ignored below Expert. The combomark prints instead, and the upload control itself freezes with the tooltip “Custom logos are available on the Expert plan”.

Any role that can open the project can toggle the checkbox and export. Uploading or replacing the team logo is an owner or admin job.
